Lucy & Co. Social Media Plan

Researching and planning for the social media platforms of the dog brand, Lucy & Co.

In my Strategic Social Media course, I worked in a group of four to bring insight to the social media accounts of Lucy & Co., a dog merch brand. Our work was split into two parts and took ten weeks to complete. In the first part, we did an audit of the current conversations about Lucy & Co. in the media, followed by a thorough analysis of its competitors and identified potential influencers that could benefit the brand. With our research, we could create a plan for Lucy & Co. The plan gave me an opportunity to put into effect all of the PR practices I have been learning over the course of my time at the UO. It included a summary of its target audience, a comparison of social media platforms, media strategies, SWOT analysis’, budget recommendations, short and long-term objectives and a social media calendar mapping out nine weeks’ worth of ideas for the brand.
